Seminar / guest house overlooking the Rhine valley

Set apart within a 8 hectares rambling garden with a natural stream running through it. Loreley-guesthouses.com are two houses. The Manor is in Alte Heerstr. 111. It has four sleepingrooms ,each with a doublebed and two single beds in the seminar room, with sleeping couches twelve Persons can sleep there. It has five Bathrooms, three with bathtubs and two with showers all bathrooms have toiletts and there is one seperat toilett.

The former indoor pool has been converted into an egg-shaped amphitheatre, its oval perfectly suited to host choral, musical or debating events. As with circular theatres, the shape lends itself to performances by small troupes as well. Seating is on very comfortable padded felt cushions, as well as two sofas – which can be quickly converted into comfortable beds, if required. The sauna area is directly adjacent.

The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for self-caterers. Two round tables provide ample room for 2-3 people each for a quick snack, while the large table in the dining room next door can comfortably seat 8.

Conditions

The entire villa sleeps up to 10.

Designed to sleep a total of 8 to 10, plus two additional beds in the former indoor pool area, this 80’s villa exudes an original flair from crop circle mosaics in moroccan tiles to light sculptures by dusseldorf artist Barbara Meisner.

The stairs lead directly into an elongated dressing room on the first floor, bathroom to the left with its capacious corner tub. The bedroom lies opposite, with direct access to the large terrace overlooking the Rhine.

FIRST FLOOR DOUBLE ROOM
Bespoke solid wood furniture throughout in oak, elm and Moroccan cedar. The “Coral” ceiling light, in silk, is by Israeli artist Ayala Serfati. The bathroom, equipped with tub, is accessed via a short, separate passageway.

GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE ROOM
The bijoux bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a mirror and chair ensemble designed by Antonio Gaudi and a “Coral” red ceiling light made of silk by Ayala Serfati. The ensuite bathroom with shower has designer fittings throughout.

APARTMENT ANNEX
Furnished throughout with bespoke solid wood furniture in birch ‘Moon’ wood – felled shortly before the New Moon in late December – plus antique family heirlooms. The lounge sofa can be converted into an additional bed. En suite bathrooms with tub, plus small individual kitchen areas. The porch and two hallways with coat racks and a traditional farmhouse wardrobe function as cloakrooms. Sleep 3 – 4.
